Terms and Conditions – dream17 Online Gaming

1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the entire agreement between you ("the player" or "you") and dream17 ("the platform", "we", "us") in relation to your use of the dream17 website and all associated gaming services. By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or using any feature of the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms carefully and that you accept them unconditionally.

These Terms must be read alongside the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of the overall agreement governing your use of dream17. Where any conflict exists between these Terms and a specific game rule or promotion rule, these Terms take precedence unless the specific rule explicitly states otherwise.

dream17 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes via the platform or registered email address.

2Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and maintain an account on dream17 you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. dream17 does not permit minors to register, deposit or play under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person registering on your own behalf. Corporate accounts are not permitted.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion on dream17 or have a previously closed account that was suspended for breach of these Terms.
• You must provide accurate, complete and current personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth and contact details.
• You must maintain only one active account on dream17. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balance.

Registration on dream17 is free. dream17 does not charge a fee to open or maintain a standard player account. Creating an account does not automatically entitle you to any bonus or promotional offer unless explicitly stated at the time of registration.

3Account Verification

dream17 carries out identity verification ("KYC") to confirm that you are who you say you are and to protect the integrity of the payment process. You may be asked to provide verification documents at any point, including at registration, before your first withdrawal, when your account reaches certain activity thresholds, or if we have reason to query the accuracy of your registered details.

Documents typically requested include a valid government-issued identity card (CNIC), proof of address and, where applicable, evidence of payment method ownership. dream17 may also verify your details against third-party identity databases. Until verification is complete, withdrawal requests may be placed on hold. This is a security measure for your protection and is not a punitive action.

Providing false, forged or misleading documents in the course of a verification request is a serious breach of these Terms. dream17 will close any account found to have submitted fraudulent documentation, forfeit the balance and report the matter as appropriate.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on dream17 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion at any stage. dream17 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods:

• JazzCash – instant deposit and withdrawal
• Easypaisa – instant deposit and withdrawal
• Raast – fast bank-to-bank transfer
• Bank Transfer – standard processing within banking hours
• Debit Card – subject to card issuer processing times
• Mobile Wallets – supported wallets listed on the deposit page

Deposits are credited to your dream17 balance as soon as the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider. dream17 does not accept cash deposits or payments made by third parties. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are processed on a same-day basis for requests submitted before the daily cutoff. Gold VIP members and above benefit from a priority withdrawal queue. dream17 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds. Withdrawal amounts are subject to minimum and maximum limits displayed on the withdrawal page at the time of the request.

dream17 will not process withdrawals to payment methods not used for a prior deposit without additional verification. This measure exists to prevent unauthorised fund transfers.

5Bonuses and Promotions

dream17 runs promotions and bonus offers from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published alongside the offer. In all cases the following general rules apply:

• Bonus offers are available to eligible accounts only. Eligibility requirements are stated in each offer's specific terms.
• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before they or winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each offer is stated in the specific terms.
• dream17 does not permit the use of multiple accounts, collusion, matched betting, arbitrage strategies or any other technique designed to extract bonus value without genuine play. Accounts found using such strategies will have bonuses voided and may be closed.
• dream17 reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any promotion at any time. If a promotion is cancelled after a player has already opted in and met the qualifying criteria, we will honour the portion of the bonus already earned as of the cancellation date.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash without meeting the applicable wagering requirements.

6Game Rules and Fairness

dream17 uses certified random number generation (RNG ) for all games that require it, including Slots, Bingo, virtual table games and virtual sports. The RNG is tested and certified to ensure that outcomes are statistically random and cannot be predicted or manipulated by any party, including dream17 staff.

Live Casino games are streamed from studios with real physical equipment – cards, roulette wheels, dice – visible to all players on screen in real time. dream17 does not control the outcome of Live Casino games beyond the standard house edge applicable to each game type, which is disclosed in the individual game information panel.

In the event of a technical fault, disconnection or game error during play, dream17's recorded server-side data takes precedence over any result displayed on your device. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, the stake for that round will be returned to your balance. dream17 is not liable for losses attributable to your own internet connection, device failure or power outage.

Game results and bet history are stored on dream17's servers and are available for review in your account history. If you believe a game result is incorrect, contact support within 72 hours of the round in question with the relevant game round ID.

7Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting on dream17 covers Cricket (including PSL, T20 internationals, Test series and domestic tournaments), Football, Esports and other sports as listed in the Sports section. The following general rules apply to all sports bets:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds may change between the time you add a selection to your bet slip and the time you confirm the bet.
• Once a bet is confirmed and a bet ID is issued, the bet cannot be cancelled or amended.
• dream17 reserves the right to void bets placed on events that are cancelled, postponed beyond the settlement deadline, or affected by a clear pricing error. In such cases the stake is returned in full.
• Maximum payout limits per event and per day apply to all accounts. Current limits are displayed in the Sports betting rules section of the platform.
• Bets placed on events that have already started (in-play bets) are accepted subject to the in-play rules applicable to each sport. In-play markets may be suspended at any time at dream17's discretion.
• Any suspicion of match fixing, insider information or collusion will result in immediate bet voiding and account suspension pending investigation.

8VIP Programme

The dream17 VIP Programme operates across five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Elite. Tier eligibility is calculated on the basis of cumulative points earned through real-money play on eligible games and sports bets. Points earned on games played with bonus funds do not count towards VIP tier progression unless the applicable bonus terms state otherwise.

VIP benefits including cashback rates, withdrawal priority, daily limits and dedicated support are applied automatically based on your current tier. dream17 reserves the right to adjust VIP tier thresholds, benefit values or programme structure at any time. Where changes are materially detrimental to existing VIP members, we will give at least 14 days' notice via the platform or registered email.

VIP tiers are assessed on a rolling basis. Failure to maintain the minimum activity level required for your current tier within the assessment period will result in a tier review. 9Responsible Gaming

10Account Suspension and Closure

dream17 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time if we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The account holder has provided false registration information or fraudulent verification documents.
• The account is being used by a person under 18 years of age.
• The account is involved in fraudulent activity, including but not limited to chargebacks, unauthorised payment use or identity theft.
• The account is being used in a manner that constitutes abuse of bonuses, exploitation of game errors or collusion with other players.
• The account holder has previously been self-excluded and registered a new account during the exclusion period.
• The account is in breach of any other provision of these Terms.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the balance is frozen for the duration of the review. If the investigation concludes that no breach has occurred, the account will be reinstated and the balance released. If a breach is confirmed, dream17 reserves the right to forfeit the balance in whole or in part depending on the nature of the breach. You will be notified of the outcome by email.

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily for any reason may do so via the account settings or by contacting support. Voluntary closure requests are processed within one business day. Any verified balance at the time of closure will be returned via your registered payment method after the standard withdrawal checks.

11Intellectual Property

All content on the dream17 platform, including but not limited to the brand name, logo, game graphics, software, website design, promotional materials and written content, is the intellectual property of dream17 or its licensed suppliers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from any dream17 content without explicit written permission.

You may not use automated tools, bots, scrapers or scripts to access, monitor or extract data from the dream17 platform. Any attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile or tamper with platform software is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.

12Limitation of Liability

dream17 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we take all reasonable steps to ensure uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that the platform will be free from errors, interruptions or technical faults at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may affect platform availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, dream17's total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. dream17 is not liable for indirect, consequential or speculative losses of any kind.

Nothing in these Terms limits dream17's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

13Changes to These Terms

dream17 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be published on this page with the date of last update shown at the top. For material changes, we will provide advance notice via the platform or your registered email address where reasonably practicable.

If you do not agree to any updated version of these Terms, you should stop using the platform and close your account. Continued use of dream17 after the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
